I make a lot of lacto-fermented pickles each year, which need to stay cool once the fermentation process is complete, and at some point in August, I just don't have any more room in my fridge for them, so I bury them in my back yard. I've tried a different way of doing this each year, and this past August I came up with the simplest method yet. In this follow-up video, I get them back out of the ground and taste one of them.
